Make drip coffee with a drip coffee maker. For years, I've used a drip coffee maker to make coffee and I have always been disappointed in the taste of the coffee. We have moved past those days. I love this percolator because it makes amazing I didn't give it 5 stars because it does not have a timer to shut it off automatically. I bought this machine from Amazon about 5 months ago. It uses a lot more ground coffee and makes weaker coffee than a $10 Mr. Coffee machine.
