Do you think this is an ?

It is difficult for us to provide an explanation for others as there are a lot of fake replicas available. Nevertheless, the Motta we sell are OEM, and they are shipped in the original Motta box, tucked inside of a brown shipping box.

If you want to heat the milk, can you put it on a stovetop?

That's not what it was designed for, so I would not recommend it. This stainless steel grill is solid, so it should be able to hold up to

When it comes to an 8 ounce pitcher, what is the diameter of "the base"?

Approximately 4 inches are on the outside of the base. It's either 65mm or 2 inches Five and eight eighths of an inch. It goes up about 1 percent after that The outer diameter remains the same and the inner diameter tapers inward.

Could you please tell me how thick the walls are?

There is an exception to this rule in that the 8 mm thick pitchers are all 1 mm thick. There is no such thing as a 5 oz pitcher. The thickness of 8 millimeters

Recommended by a professional barista
5/5

The majority of my time is spent competing in latte art competitions, as well as being a career barista. There is a nice balance between the weight of the top and the weight of the bottom of this pitcher. Its weight is an improvement over standard barista throwdown pitchers. Rosataz are made very easily with the angular handle, which makes controlling the milk very easy. The 11 is what I used. When I make cut-sized lattes for latte art, I love this 8 oz model because it pushes milk out conveniently which enables me to do intricate designs while also controlling its flow speed. This pitcher is more professional than many other quality pitchers I have used.

Macchiatos are good with this coffee

The little steamer is solid and durable, and it works well for steaming small quantities up to cappuccino sizes. However, there are two things about it which make the learning curve a little more challenging than a straight-up steamer. Rattleware offers pitchers that have two sides. There's a lot of friction between the foam in my opinion because of the angled top half by height (roughly a quarter by volume). It is advantageous if you pour quickly from a relatively high point for latte art contrast because a lot of foam can easily penetrate below the cream layer at the beginning, reducing the likelihood of an accidental blob or white-out at the end of the pour when milk runs out. As a result, it is particularly difficult to recirculate the milk after steaming, so the formation of foam also suffers disproportionately from settling after steaming. It is best to wait until the espresso shot is just about finished pulling so you can pour the milk after it has steamed. Nonfat milk will be more difficult to pour. This is a straight-forward sentence The pitcher has two sides, so there is more flexibility The room provides a place to both settle a shot and angulate for a pour while recirculating milk. Having the spout helps designers get to the surface a bit sooner in taller vessels so that designs can be started prior to the start of the surface cooling process. The foam will coalesce at the mouth a bit more rapidly, so the user should do a stepped pour, stopping after the first penetration to recirculate the milk and continuing after the next penetration. The way this pitcher is arranged is not the best for laying out a good rosetta, but it does work well with tulips or layered heart patterns. For these push-pulls, it is also nice to have the rounded tip Ideally, in narrower vessels such as this pitcher, a more pointed tip makes it easier to define rosettas (in a larger size such as a charger, this spout makes easy and nicely defined rosettas). Explicitly, I am not saying the tip makes things more difficult, just that it has to be adjusted. Also, it might be possible to angle the pitcher too far in toward In order to get a symmetrical pour, it is definitely advantageous to grasp the rim of the pot in the cradle of your thumb and forefinger When the pitcher is held by the handle or lower body, it can be easy to misjudge the spout's direction, resulting in designs hugging the inside curve rather than centered (great for a double rosetta, double tulip, or wave). In summary, I am glad I purchased two of these which is a nice product. When I make my macchiatos and cortados, I always try to keep all the milk in the lower part of the pitcher so there is no milk waste. The drink won't be available at any Thursday Night Throwdowns in the latte art category, This is easier to use in production for customers, and it's a good size for small businesses Paper or excessively tall demitasse cups are not ideal for presenting food. I should add that this particular seller shipped my product to me promptly and in good packaging. I was expecting a much longer wait time and did not expect it to feel quite as nice as it did in the hand. The handle seems to fit perfectly into my medium-sized hands when held by the body with one or two fingertips securely holding the handle back You should have hands of the following size. It's great for holding hot drinks. You can hold it by the edges of the handle).

Milk pitchers are among my favorite kitchen items
5/5

Ensure the quality of your milk with the help of this The appearance and functionality of this pitcher, compared to cheaper pitchers, are unlike anything else you can find. A thicker steel, a smooth finish, and a great shape give this pan the ability to texturize and pour There are other pitchers out there, but this one is truly the best. Several cheaper ones have been used by me, as well as a few slightly more expensive ones. These pitchers are definitely better than those that are cheaper. There are cheaper pitchers and more expensive pitchers Both are of similar quality, but I like the shape of the Motta spout and pot section for texture.

Put an end to it! This pitcher is better than all the others I looked at
5/5

I have acquired this pitcher five or six times and its by far the highest quality I have experienced. The bucket is made of super thick metal and is super unique. I also really like the 4oz pitcher for frothing.

Recommend it without a doubt. As of this writing, I have 3 sizes, with this being the newest and smallest. It is perfect Before frothing, I would recommend that you don't go over 3 oz of milk because if you stretch it too far, you might run out of room.

This little steamer is perfect for steaming milk

It is very small and convenient. My husband and I found that its size was a little smaller than we expected. The perfect amount on the right hand is 0. 35.
