It doesn't seem likely to me. In total, it measures 5 inches wide with a heating space of 3 1/4 inches and a frame width of 3 1/4 inches.
I have a SALTON cup warmer that says 120 volts, intermittent 60 Hz, and 17 watts.
I cannot move my cord because it runs behind a desk that cannot be moved, but an estimate would be around 50 feet. The length of the plant is 5 feet. In addition, I gave one to my massage therapist to use in the colder months to keep her massage oils warm, and from her table to the plug in she uses, it would need to be 4 feet long. I checked the cord and it appears to be in good condition, as it is only 5 feet long.
For Salton which is a Canadian company, it is manufactured in China.

A mug warmer that I'd had for years was already in my home, but I wanted a second one for a different part of the house. As far as I'm concerned, it works fine. The only drawback is that the on/off switch is located on one side only. At the foot of the cord, about 18 inches away from the base, there's an off switch. For me, it's too far to reach, and I prefer my old warmer where I could simply turn it on and off It was on the base at the back, where the off switch was located. A switch that could be placed in a more convenient location would likely be a better buy if I were considering buying one again. Choosing a device that automatically shuts off after a fair amount of time is also something I'd look for, even if it costs.
The convenience of keeping my coffee warm means I don't have to keep heating it up in the microwave (and eventually It would be helpful if the "on" light was located on the other side of the cord as I have the cord coming from the back of my desk, which means I need to remember to check it when I turn it on. The wall is blocking the view of the light, so I won't get to see it just by chance.
The coffee and tea stay warm during work, and thus I consume a lot of them. A lot of the time, it gets very on/off switch hanging off the edge of my desk so that I could see it coming and going and remember to turn it off after I was done using it. Besides acting as an indicator, the light on the side of the vehicle is not functional. In terms of price, this is the best product among all those described and listed. It is invaluable to have the switch that goes on and off. I think this is a product you should buy because it really does the job. You should never touch the surface with your bare hands when it is running. You WILL be burned by it. The item I ordered arrived on 10/1/16 and I have been using it for many months with no problems. I have now ordered another.
To replace four that were more than 30 years old, I bought four new ones. Although the old ones look bad, they far outpace the new ones in almost every way I tried the product, but unfortunately I threw out all the packaging and so I am not able to be reimbursed for it. Those were not expensive at all, and keep looking for more!.
It is not something I would recommend. It does not have a switch as shown in the image. You have to turn a switch on the (very short) power cable to turn it on and off. It would have been sent back, but I just wired in my own switch to save myself A warmer like this would not be of interest to me.
I use a regular mug (not a flat bottom) and find it works fine. If I cover it with a small Tupperware lid, the coffee stays warm. This is one of my favorites. I purchased a second one for my daughter and encouraged my friends to purchase one also.
A heat wave swept over the table and warmed both the cup and the table underneath. As well as the top, the bottom is This is a replacement for the previous part. This lasted for only three months before it became a problem.
I witnessed my host complaining that his warmer didn't keep his coffee hot when I was a guest out West. It was a lot of fun sending him the Salton warmer. This black one isn't as sleek as his expensive looking black one, but it works just fine.
