In my conversation with the company, they explained that it happened in about 1% of the units sold out of They explained that they could send a new one, and that it would be from the same batch, however the number of people experiencing the same issue seems to indicate otherwise. I would like to be able to make my own iced coffee on the spot, but this isn't what I was hoping for. * NOTE *UPDATE A refund was actually offered to me by the company after I scheduled a return before Amazon did so. It turns out that there was a small number of HyperChillers that had issues when they came from the factory. A new HyperChiller was sent, and it's been working beautifully ever since! The customer service is fantastic, and the product is awesome! * NOTE *UPDATE It has been 9 days since I bought the HyperChiller, and it has already broken I have started the return process on this one and have purchased a new one, so I'm hoping the next one won't do it.

Simply put, the product is worth every penny because of how effective it is and how simple it is. I love how it cools the coffee to the right temperature to pour over ice and it doesn't melt the ice! It's super easy to assemble and clean, and a great product! I like it a lot!.

This one has a slight larger pouring well, and the threading is a little thicker. The iced coffee I drink is always too watery, and the cold brew coffee is never strong enough for me. I love iced tea, but have experienced cold discomfort when having to dilute it or wait for it to cool in the fridge for hours. I am the only one of my family who drinks iced tea so making an entire pitcher is unnecessary when having a glass on occasion. I ended up purchasing two more as gifts for him. A simple assembly and easy to An instruction that is written in real English is good. As soon as you have it figured out and frozen, it becomes an easy decision. You can pour the brewed coffee directly into the chiller and swirl it around. No dilution was required to cool my coffee in 10 seconds. We were surprised at how simple the cleanup was. There is no need to disassemble, just rinse and reuse with clean water. I bought two more for gifts and I liked it so much I bought two more.

The coffee maker has only been used for coffee once, but I found it to be very effective. After setting it up once, I just let it thaw between uses and then rinse it well before freezing it. It hasn't leaked, so I don't have to wait much before using it again. In light of reading other reviews, I was a little cautious, but so far, I am very happy with this product! Also, it sounds as if the sellers are quite responsive, which, in my experience, always gives me peace of mind when buying!.
