I like this so much! The fact that I liked this was no surprise

Although I thought I wouldn't enjoy it, I ended up loving it. I love it! am much more pleased than I expected with the auto-on/off feature. While the tea and coffee I drink from the mugs stay hot, they don't get too hot. Having a personal downside is the only downside. It's plugged into my desk, so I feel it's necessary to unplug it whenever I am not using it. In the event of an accident, setting something on top and triggering the automatic on would be problematic. The product is still highly recommended regardless of that one minor drawback!.

The hot weather attracts some people

It has a sleek design that I really like. Only one thing I worry about is that it turns on when an object on the surface is weighed. It keeps coffee hot by preventing heat transfer from the surface to the inside. If anything combustible is placed on it, it could catch fire.

If you have a curved bottom mug like most seem to have, the thermal transfer won't work since there is very little surface contact due to the lack of surface area
