Product Description

With the 2" Triclover (TC) weldless bulkhead flange, you can add a TC port to any tank or kettle without the need to weld or solder

All pieces are manufactured from stainless steel 304SS and polished to perfection (except for the locknut which is cast finish stainless steel

This True Bulkhead includes a silicone O-ring that is positioned in a groove just like our other True Bulkheads.

Flanges for vessels of virtually any size can be installed with a 2" TC flange. 2pcs of food grade gaskets can be inserted in the 48MM hole and then tightened with the locknut.

A wrench cannot be used on the front of the flange because it is not flat. If you tie any other TC parts on with the gasket and clamp, you will find it easiest to hold the flange in place before tightening it. You can insert a rod or screw driver into the hole once the wingnut is tight.

A 2" hole would leak from this bulkhead, but would it be too large?

If it will be exposed to high temperatures, I'm afraid it might be. Thanks for reading good luck I used a 1 1/2" conduit punch, which is 1 13/16"

A 2" but a 1" was stamped on the sign

However, it can be sized to Could it be? There was a stamp of "1" on the package. It is five. I can only assume that the inside diameter is about half a millimeter. Due to the fact that it fit my hole and accepted a 2" tri clamp and 2" pipe. I think the quality is excellent. It feels well built and is very heavy. It works for what I wanted it to do.

As indicated in the description, this came in the wrong size. It should be described as a 2" triclamp. Here are some of its features Triclamp fitting with a 5" length.
