They appear to fit all of my 1/2" pipe fittings perfectly.
Yes, I received exactly what you see in the picture. Parts of excellent quality.
The seal is held together by an O-ring. Over about 20 psi, the ring is likely to fail. It's a brewing connector, and brew pumps can produce up to 8 gallons of beer per minute. The magnetic drive slips at 9 pounds per square inch. The water mains are 50-year-old. Not advised at 60 psi.

Although these appeared to be of high quality, they do not seal! They're fine for pressure, but they let air in when used on the suction side of a pump. I finally finished setting up my brew station and tested it with hot water and system cleaner. There was a constant flow of air bubbles water being pumped into the Mash Tun, regardless of whether I was pulling water from the HLT or circulating wort between the HLT and the Mash Tun, I was running a thermal coil in the HLT. This indicates that the pump is sucking air and that the quick couplers are the only places where it can escape. At this point, I'll have to ditch the quick couplers and plum my tanks with barb fittings, which will eliminate the air but make the system much more difficult to separate, clean, and store. It was a complete waste of money!.

I have six sets of these QDs that I use to connect various brew kettles, pumps, chillers, and other equipment. together. I can't stress how important it is to choose the CONCORD brand. These QDs are all precision-machined and fit together perfectly. I haven't had any leaks so far, and I don't expect them to start anytime soon. br>br>If you're looking for a cheaper alternative to cam-corders, Give these a shot if you're looking for a good lock.
I reordered it, and it was exactly the same as the first time. These connectors are one of my favorites because they can be connected with one hand and rarely leak. There are two sexes in each quick connect! One is the snap-on connector, while the other is the screw-on or hose side. I find the hose female and 1/2" NPT male connectors to be the most useful, but they come in a variety of styles to suit different applications. In the female NPT and male quick connector, I got the least useful ones with this package. I keep a few extras on hand in case the wort needs to be rerouted, which allows me to change the brewing design. Cleanup is also a breeze with these connectors.
Silicone tubing fits perfectly in 1/2" ball valves and the chugger pump. Once connected, there will be no more leaks. It's worth noting that these won't keep liquids in place. line that has been disconnected.
In 1/2 ball valves, silicone tubing fits perfectly. While connected, there is no leaking. I plan to purchase more in the future. It's important to note that these won't help with fluid retention. line that has been disconnected.
Because the measurements were not as expected, they did not fit in my enfriador of placas, and because I had already returned to Ecuador, I was unable to request a refund, so I will attempt to use them in another application.
Before this, I was using Blichmann quick connect 1/2" connectors, but quick disconnect is the way to go. It simply helps you save time and effort. When it's time to change the hoses and your wort is 160 degrees, you'll thank yourself.
