There is approximately 0 in the world. I am 75" tall
In my opinion, you are right. Probably you're cross threaded or you're using the wrong thread size. Check it against a known example and from the other side of the bulkhead as well.
As soon as the fitting is screwed in place, it can't be adjusted
The hole in the kettle will depend on where the punch is positioned. Lows do not occur particularly frequently.

Around the whole thing are nice smooth welds. In my kettle, I use 2 of these, one on the bottom port aimed down to get more beer out of the kettle at the end of brewing and the other one in the upper port aimed to the side to assist with creating a whirlpool at the end of boiling. Since it was not intended to do what it did, I didn't expect much from the upper one, but wow, what a whirlpool it created. I had to step back so as not to get sucked.
The ball valve would not thread in to the nut. Also, I attempted to find out if it would fit other 1/2" NPT fittings, which it did not. Could it be that the thread is bad? Despite its small size, it is a very well made pick-up There is even a clean weld on this piece! My wish is for it to work!.
I used this method for my 10 gallon Igloo mash tun and it worked well! The false bottom you see in a kettle is simply something I use to prevent spills in the bag. After pulling the bag, I attached this directly to the cooler bulkhead and it worked fantastic for sucking up the remaining wort.
It was worth it to pay the extra dollar for the high flow tube It took me less than a minute to transfer almost eight gallons of wort!.
The bulkhead ball valve of the pot has been equipped with dip tubes upstream and downstream. Our system afforded us the opportunity to draw more usable products from the pot and accommodated drawing off foam - During the harvest of Mayhaw jelly this year, we offered free product in jars. pots and dip tubes allowed us to process batches of juice that were eight times as large as our usual ones, which is a significant improvement.
The quality of the weld is questionable It's not sanitary enough for anything that needs to be kept clean. It is great to have such a wide tube (I think it is 5/8") This tube does not clog and does not restrict the flow like other In my brew kettle (where it is boiled for at least an hour every time) and in my later tun (which doesn't need to be sanitary), I use one of these. I gave one star to the TIG job because it was sloppy.
There is nothing wrong with the product. It does not appear that there is any pitting or other imperfections on the welds. Diptube will make a nice addition to my HLT and I am very pleased with my purchase.
A descent line that looks OEM and is strong was what I was looking for. Exactly what I was looking for. I bought two. It might be necessary to make a slight adjustment to the tip. I noticed how well this is made and how strong it is upon cutting through it. I needed this for a project that involves overkill.
In exactly the same way.
