Due to the fact that my clear hose has a 7/16 OD x 5/16 ID, I can say "yes.". I push this clip over the "inner" tube of the siphon pump and use the clip to hold the siphon pump in place By the way, it works great!
Regarding your inquiry, thank you. Rather, this clamp is used for auto siphons 3/8 in diameter. If you are going to use a 1/2" siphon clamp, make sure to buy it.

My equipment kit came with a standard-size siphon, so I ordered this assuming I owned one. When I received it, I realized that the siphon I use is much larger than the clamp opening, so I won't be able to use it for the purpose it was intended. There was a mistake in my sentence. Now, I'm going to order the larger size. The product, however, appears to be of good quality. I think it will do the job under normal use and it is made well. While I cannot give five stars, I may revisit once I get a larger version.
With the siphon attached, this is not intended to fit in a 6 gallon glass carboy bunged with a #6 thread. As well as that, it is hit-filled I don't know if it will clamp solidly to There are buckets where the curved outer clip works, but there are others where it doesn't.
The clamping system works well on my bottling buckets, two of which are from different manufacturers, and keeps the racking cane out of the sediment. A mesh bag doesn't work as well as running the beer through the tube. Much easier this way. It would have been better to get a racking cane and a clamp sooner.
Make the world a better place. Exactly what I was looking for. It appears to be extremely well printed and is extremely rigid. You can tell this was not a sparsely filled print. Siphons can be attached to my 5gal glass carboy and plastic bucket with this product. In addition to using it like a seal, I also used it to weight down my siphon tube for a makeshift blow off tube. I would recommend it.
Despite its low price, I found it difficult to keep it as straight as I wished. As long as the syphon did not hit the bottom, I was still buying. Syphon went offline when I attempted to start it. There is not enough tension.
There are all those times when you precariously balance your siphon in your carboy and then position the tube in your bottling bucket or keg, only to have it slip and dump a lot of trub through it. Ignore it at all costs. The solution entails nothing more than turning off the air and leaving it be. Ensure your vehicle is parked in a convenient location Siphon your beer the way you like, turn up the beer condenser, and sit back while your fermented beer runs to the bottom without There is no reason for this to not be built into the auto-pilot Can you tell me when they invented the siphon?.
Siphon. You do not have to worry about it falling in trub.
I overpaid for this since it is what it is, but it is what it is and it is needed so it is what it is.
