The best pastry cutter ever

It is a cutter I use for cutting my homemade dough when I make Peach Cobbler with a lattice top crust. It gives me the hand-eye coordination I need to do those activities I wasn't particularly good at. Despite my uneven crust, it turned out okay. I really liked how the crust looked and tasted, and the fact that it was cut evenly had a direct effect on the cooking.

My apple pie bottom crust had a lattice top crust made with this recipe. It is very important that you chill your dough. As the dough begins to warm up and becomes harder to work with, as you crisscross it. I like how it cuts well and looks.
