This is a good recipe for baking cookies that won't expand or change shape when baked, such as shortbread or gingerbread. In my vegan molasses gingerbread cookies, I used the molasses.

All the shapes worked well when I used a thin slice of cheese. On some pieces of cheese, you can even see the imprint.
You can make great cookies with it! This is a very pretty and easy to use product.
