I'd never used these before, but after hearing about mooncakes from a friend, I decided to give them a shot. I ordered the larger size, but I believe they are too large for me. I tried out sister Gao's mooncake recipe on YouTube, and it resulted in a mooncake that was too flat. If you want to make ice-skinned mooncakes, I believe the smaller option will be better. It's simple to operate and maintain.
It is now very simple to shape cookies. The day it arrived, I put it to use. We had a good time making cookies with my kids. All of the shapes were created by them. Installing and removing parts is a breeze. It has a lot of lovely pieces. I'm going to make biscuits with the square pieces. Every home requires a high-quality item. It is something I strongly suggest.
