I love it. My grandmother used the same kind of sifter to sift flour when she was a kid. If you turn the handle really fast, flour can fly out, so just gently turn it and it works just fine. Every so often, I tap the container so the clumps of flour are sifted out. My overall impression of this product is very positive! It is a great investment! My grandmother's lasted for over 100 years, so hopefully it will not spoil too soon.

I found it at a great price and it works wonderfully I found this little number to be exactly what I needed. It worked well to remove clumps from powdered sugar and the crank is easy to turn. Hopefully, this will be of great use for many years to come.

The sifter is made from a really nice old-school type material. With a double bail inside, less cranking is required and sifting is more rapid. I think the metal is thin. It is better than I expected, but I am sure this will be okay.
