The only thing my dad loves more than cocoa in his coffee is to sprinkle it on. I felt that he was being a kind of special needs barista in his own head, so I encouraged him. This is how it came to be! In my initial belief, I wasn't really confident it would work, but I have been proven I really like this little spoon. It's made well and it's durable. This helps reduce the amount of cocoa that clumps up on him, and he couldn't Despite his inflated ego, he thinks he is some kind of pro level 9001 barista, even better than the ones at Starbucks. This spoon even inspired him to sing a song while he uses it! The show is very hilarious, and I don't mean in a kind of way. Take a spoon and eat!.

When you are making matcha but you want a deeper taste it's okay to sprinkle it over top of a drink but not if you are trying to make it at home.

You should not miss the fact that the sifter portion is about a quarter in size. Since it was not large enough for my needs, I ordered the three inch sifter instead.

A sifter like this is my favorite. I have a sifter that I've had for years and I just gave one to my son who is an outstanding chef. For pie toppings, I use it to sift cinnamon on top of the whipped cream, nutmeg on custards, and powdered sugar on top of things to dress them up. It might be used for other things too, but for some reason I can't think of them right now. This is a program I use quite a bit.
