According to what I can see, the wire rotation occurs with one circular wire. It is one of my favorite sifters. I love how easily it turns and how well the lids fit.

The gap does not exist. In a very short time, the wire agitator creates a uniform consistency that is powdery and dense. Even if there are still little lumps, just run the sifter through a few more times to remove

There have been so many positive reviews for this sifter that I can't understand how! Even though the lids have been the highlight of the sifter, they do not fit. Sitting the sifter on a lid is possible, but it would be better if it was on a paper plate. You can pick up the sifter without picking up the "lid" since the lid I did not appreciate the poor design and did not feel it was worth the money.
That's not true any longer. As a result, I'm forced to spend more money on a new.
But it was not! The set of lids for the top and bottom are great! On the outside, it has markings and lines, on the inside it has lines. Although the lids could have been a little more snug, they were easy enough to remove as I used the sifter.
This week I received a flour sifter for the very first time. It took a bit longer for the package to arrive This snow event, however, is the result of Southeast VA receiving 10 inches of snow which is highly unusual for this area, and the local cities don't have snow removal capabilities like our northern neighbors. It was one of those spring action handles on my flour sifter that I bought a while back from the grocery store. There were some problems using that thing, it didn't work well at all with the spring action. There is a turn handle similar to one my Grandmother and Mother both had, and it is an added bonus to have lids on the top and bottom. I've been using it successfully for years.
If you put it over that line then you will have leaks on the sides. I do not like how poorly designed it is, and I have a hard time using it.
As far as brown sugar goes, I have not used it, since it would seem inconvenient. It has a top and a bottom lid so you don't have to wash the cabinet when using it, which is a plus. The water would make it rust, so someone in my family washed it in water, which required me to use a hair dryer to dry it. It is only a problem that after using it several times the top and bottom lids will not stay on because the flour makes them So far, I have not come up with a solution to keep it from rusting and defeating the purpose of keeping it rust-free. My goal is to find a solution as soon as possible.
Most sifters require trial and error learning before you get the hang of them. It becomes obvious why this sifter makes sense when this sifter is combined with some common sense. It is just a matter of washing it and letting if dry completely before use. Place the flour in the bowl before you use it. Once you have the bottom cap on, you can use it as a sifter. Place it in your mixing bowl before you use it. Using coconut flour, which is an extremely dense flour, I was able to sift the flour with ease and without issue When I was done with the sifter, I wiped it out with a clean kitchen towel and placed both rubber caps on and did not create any mess. My friends will love this sifter and I will be recommending it to them.
Cookware of this quality is very hard to find at this price point any more. So far, I am very happy with it. The buttermilk flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda are sifted together before adding the remaining ingredients, which helps my biscuits come out fluffy. A dual lid with a snap-on closure keeps my cabinet neat and tidy. Your product is wonderful, thank you so much!.
