This was one of the packages I received in the mail and I was surprised at how small As far as the cutter itself goes, the two sides are just metal strips so it flexes when I take it in my hand. If it had a metal strip across the back to hold it in place, I would be more impressed with how well it holds the shape. There is a marked listing for the product as made in the USA so it's a big plus for me, since I rarely see I would recommend this cutter to anyone and would use it for what I need it for.
Getting this cookie cutter was such an exciting experience for me. In addition to this particular shape, I also have several other shapes in the same brand and I love the cookie decorations I saw displayed online when this shape was used. When I received mine, it was bent out of shape. An item was squished at the bottom of the packing envelope, squishy with another. I didn't even see it was wrapped separately. There was no plastic around it. It was just a ball of metal stuck at the bottom of the pecking envelope. There was nothing I could do.
In addition to the fact that this cookie cutter appears to have been handmade in the United States, I was delighted to find it. was disappointed in the price, but I would pay more for a quality, creative product that was made in the United States. My only criticism is the quality of construction, regardless of the shape and size I love them both. This is a flimsy and easily bendable item. The majority of my odd "Made in China" cookie cutters are made better than they should be. If you use it, you must be very careful, and after using it you must hand wash and dry it immediately. The piece can be easily taken apart. However, I don't recommend it or any other product from this company, as I feel that the price point is too high for the quality of the product. I chose to keep it because I have several ideas for it, but I wouldn't buy it or anything else We are disappointed!.
This did not have warping or rust. It was easy to cut my cookies. My hands are clean and I have not encountered any problems.
I love the shape of this bag it's big and cute!.
