I like these a lot. The packaging was sleek, secure, and minimal, and the ramekins were of excellent quality; they are lighter in weight than my old ones, but they are a little more sturdy. They also came out looking great after I made the creme brûlée.
Outside, there are crisp flutes, and the interiors are silky smooth. They stack neatly in the pantry and will come in handy for everything from puddings to cookies. From appetizers to dipping sauces, there's something for everyone. The 8 oz and 6 oz sets were purchased. They were shipped in perfect condition. I am extremely pleased with this product and would strongly recommend it.
I bought these ramekins a few weeks ago for appetizer portions of french onion soup I made for a dinner party (I didn't want to serve the traditional pot of soup because the portion size would be too large for my taste). They were fantastic, and they even made it through the broiler in my oven! I've used them for mini cobblers and other things since then, and they've worked out great. I've yet to try souffle, but I'm optimistic! Dishwasher and oven safe, as well as adorable!.
This white product is extremely versatile and can be used in a variety of settings. The cups were perfect for my famous molten lava cakes, which were a big hit! They came out looking brand new after being washed in the dishwasher.
The set arrived in perfect condition, with no signs of wear and tear (excellent packaging). So far, I've only used the souffle dishes once, but the results were as expected, and they appear to be of high quality. The dishes have a classic shape and color (white/round with side ridges), and they are easy to clean (dishwasher safe). After eating my homemade creme brulee, I popped them in the dishwasher (without rinsing them first) and they came out clean with no stuck on food (though to be fair, I have a decent dishwasher and use Cascade Platinum pods). Look no further if you're looking for a traditional set of souffle dishes, because what more could you ask for?.
, to be precise. ramekins. I was blown away by the attention to detail that went into packaging these. All of the items arrived in excellent condition, with no signs of wear or damage. I placed one on a kitchen scale and poured water into it; despite the fact that they were advertised as "4 oz" ramekins, I was able to pour more than 5 oz of liquid into it (approximately 5. Total weight: 5 oz. That works for me, but those who require exact 4 oz ramekins should be aware of this. I haven't yet had the opportunity to use them in the kitchen, but they appear to be of good quality. Although they don't stack as well as Sweese's 12 oz ramekins, you can stack two or three of them without fear of them tipping over. These ramekins have left an impression on me.
I'm a big fan of Sweese products, so I was delighted to see these! Because my dishes are Fiestaware in four different colors, I thought red would be fun. Red, blue, green, and yellow are the primary colors in this design. They're the perfect size for little extras like au jus for French dip sandwiches, a serving of beans that would otherwise run all over the plate, jello that melts into hot food, cole slaw, and, of course, the ice cream or snacks suggested in the description. They've made me very happy. It's very cute, but it's also very durable. And lead- This is a huge deal to me because it's completely free. I was disappointed to learn that they were made in China, but I'm hoping that the quality control department in the United States checks them on a regular basis to ensure that they are indeed lead-free. free. Sorry. In a communist country, I don't trust the motives of large corporations. That is simply a matter of opinion.
They also worked well in my air fryer. Cleaning is a breeze. Many people complained about the cups being damaged when they arrived. Fortunately, mine arrived in one piece; they were well-packaged, but they appear to be at risk of breaking if not handled carefully during shipping. When stacked on top of each other, they're a little crooked, but they'll hold up. These cups appeal to me.
