Hello, thank you for your question. These ramekins bowls can withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit in the oven.
I have 4 oz. ramekins on hand. The top has a 3 3/8-inch diameter. The bottom is 2 7/8 inches wide.
3 3/8" at the top, 2 7/8" at the bottom
I was able to put them in the freezer without any problems. However, I usually leave them out on the counter for a few minutes before putting them in the oven to avoid them breaking due to the temperature change.

This is the ideal serving size! They have a capacity of approximately 1/2 cup. I've used them in the oven, toaster oven, and microwave, and they're very easy to clean, even with baked-on food! A perfect ten.
These pieces are solid and well-designed, with the exception that they are not white as described. They have a tan or taupe hue to them. It was disappointing that the color they arrived in did not match my prized white daily porcelain dishes. I would return them if I didn't need them for an event, even though they were usable and of high quality in other ways (they weren't cheap for what they are). If you're looking for a set to match your other tableware, proceed with caution.
br>So far, they have not chipped even though I stack them (photo reference) on top of one another after washing them (I hand wash), and they feel extremely reliable should you get these for baking (which I do).
I haven't used these yet because they were just delivered, but they're a nice color and appear to be quite durable. The ramekin in the back of the second photo is a 4 oz, and while it's fine, it's not as sturdy as the new ones I got. My purchase has so far proven to be satisfactory.
It's very pretty and the right size for what you need it to do. About half a cup appears to be held in this container. The packaging is very nice. I was concerned that I would receive a defective item, but delivery is always a gamble.
br> It's the same color as my blender, which is fantastic! They're about the same size as my appetizer soup bowls. To be honest, I wasn't sure which size ramekin to get. The different sizes were described in ounces (which I found confusing)br>However, I chose the 8 ounce. br>In retrospect, the smaller size would have been preferable because I intend to use them for dessert. They're cute, though. I am content with my life.
I'm using them for a charcuterie board, and they're the perfect size for olives, jellies, pickles, and other small items. They're too small for baking, but they're perfect for salad toppings, nuts, condiments, and other small items. They're a lovely ramekin that's heavy and thick. 👍🏼.
