I ordered these in blue but received them in white; can I get a refund?

If you ordered one color and received the wrong color, they should send you the correct color and reimburse you for the cost of returning the others (in my opinion).

Is it possible to use a toaster oven to make these? Many oven-safe items will not work in a toaster oven. Please accept my sincere thanks. ?

Sorry, I don't have a toaster oven, but I do microwave them.

Is it the glaze or the porcelain (or both) that is lead free? Is it also without cadmium? Have you had these checked out?

(What is a Ramekin, anyway? )br>So I looked it up, found a size that seemed reasonable, and ordered two of them. "Where did these come from?" my sweetie exclaimed as they arrived. The 8 oz. The serving size is ideal for creme brulee and ice cream. I was so pleased with the quality that I ordered a second 8-ounce set. Ramekins made of porcelain, this time in bright colors. I contacted the seller because I was having problems with the colorful ramekins. My concerns were quickly addressed, and I thought their customer service was excellent and quick to respond.
