It is not something I have It is always easier for me to pull the pizza off the pan before cutting it.
There is no doubt about it, TableCraft item BBQP18 is constructed of carbon steel which is suitable for use with induction cooktops.
There is no way to tell. Pizza only crisps up in the oven when I use it. This works well for that purpose.
There is nothing but metal here. Grilling directly on the grill is what we did. You've done a great job!

For my daughter, I bought this so she would not have to buy Frozen when she started making her own pizza. When she tried putting the pizza into and taking it out of the oven, she said it would be easier if we had a "pizza shovel. " It was a surprise for her and she is delighted, especially since the handle folds over so it fits easily into the Spending money has been one of my best decisions. Thanks a lot. The purchase of this product cannot be misconstrued.
It is a great base for quesadillas, flatbreads, pizza crusts before topping them, and omelets, to name a few. There is only one slight issue the "folding" function of the I find it a little easy to disengage from it. This is going to be a locking mechanism I fabricate. Other than that, I really like it.
It was the perfect substitute for a pizza stone and half the price. I love the way it worked! What the secret is. I plan on buying four 1" metal pipe caps to sit the stones on when I use my Kamodo Joe Classic when I use heat deflection stones.
We noticed that it began peeling when the chrome paint on the underside of the handle came in contact with the pizza stone for the first time. Almost all of the metal beneath is copper-colored, but where it is peeled, it is duller. The chrome paint can be difficult to keep from getting on While I usually like large pizza peels, this one disappoints me because it's a little smaller.
This product is not as durable as expected. The design is good. The closer it gets to a serious heat source, the more it will twist. There are very thin layers to it.
Since our grill is too small to use it, I have not tried it yet.
Everything works as it should. There's a lot of it. This won't fit in your dishwasher, but it works great on the BBQ pit or in the oven to cook your pizzas. This allows the bottom of the pizza to cook rather than the top.
The first time we put it on in a grill, it bubbled and shed its coating. My $20 is lost. I want it.
