The pans are great for making pizza, but I've been using a piece of foil with them for everything else as well. It arrived as is and I tried to put it into my new toaster oven as soon as I opened the package. The racks did not fit in the oven, even though I measured the oven before ordering. It would have been better to have relied on the 11" specified in the description rather than the actual size. The piece measures 11 1/2" in length. It would have fit if it had been a quarter of an inch narrower. Sending it back as soon as possible. It disappointed me that it did not work for me because I was looking for a crispy pizza that doesn't heat up my whole house! The bottom line is that my rating is based only on the incorrect product description and not on the product's qualities, which I have no comment on.
The pizza pan I received was very disappointing. I had a terrible time getting my dough to release from the pan, even after liberally spraying it with cooking spray. After attempting to remove the crust from the pan, I hacked away at it with a knife. To clean it, I had to soak it over night. Moreover, the holes caused an oil spill in my oven due to holes around the edges. Being a frequent cook, I DO NOT recommend this pan for those who do so often.
