In short, yes. grills with a size of 18 inches or 22 inches. For the 22 inch height, add the provided spacer. The 18 inch height is available without the spacer. I love making BBQ pizza with this. I have friends who always ask me to make them. As soon as they see them, they line up.

Open up how wide is it Do you know how to cook a pie that is 18" in diameter?

The opening is scheduled for Saturday, May The width of the picture is 5" and the height is 3". This is a 5" tall man. Pizza stones come in sizes from 14 to 16 inches, so the largest pizza you can fit would probably be about 14 inches. KettlePizza is one of my favorite pizzas.

If I use this instead of cooking pizza on my Weber grill, what is the advantage?

While a pizza is cooking, you do not lose heat when you open the lid to take it out or check it. Cooking temperature is reached once the mixture has reached that level. The temperature is over 800 degrees Fahrenheit. If your kitchen has two burners, you can cook two Three pizzas in a row, each taking about two minutes You can rotate the pizzas during cooking to ensure even cooking without losing heat. I would recommend rotating your hands as needed to avoid burning or losing heat. Moreover, it's got a cool factor that's hard to ignore.

Even without it, I think I can make grilled pizza that is just as delicious
3/5

It does not work as well without it. I have used it a few times now, and I give it 5 stars! It comes out as good as this without spending $125 on the product if you put your dough on a pizza stone on your kettle grill. You can certainly add this to your kettle and it looks cool. Despite the fact that it's outrageously priced, this thing is of very high quality. There is then an attempt to convince you that you require an additional $125 baking steel griddle lid so that the heat stays closer to the pizza's surface. In my opinion, this kettle pizza package NEEDS to include them. Your house is like a forest with money growing on trees. The result will be something with a "Wow Factor" at your next outdoor There is no improvement in the quality of You can save the rest of your money for beer if you buy a good $50 pizza stone!.

Investing in a good cause is worth it

found the Kettle Grill conversion product while looking into purchasing a pizza oven. I am amazed at how well it performs going from a standard grill to one that can convert to a pizza oven. The temperature in my room ranges from 650° to over 700°.

I like to make wood and it's nice to be able to My Weber fires up the pizza and I won't have to bring another piece of equipment out to the As for the setup, it's easy as well. A couple of wingnuts are the only ones you have to manage. It would be a good recommendation for anybody.

It's worth the effort in the end
5/5

I can tell you from my experience that although it may seem like you are spending a lot on something rather basic, if your are going to make pizza on your weber 22 kettle grill buy this unit and save yourself headaches associated with grilling pizza. I find this unit to be very easy to work with and it makes the process If you want success, make sure to use more coal than you think you might and lay 3 or 4 wood chunks on the hot coals after they have been red hot for a bit. In order to ensure an even cook on the top and bottom of the pizza, several wood chunks are lit up. This results in a flame that slides up and laps over the pizza. As your coals lose heat and there is less lapping of the top flame, it will likely also be a good idea to rotate your pizza after about 45 seconds when the grill is the hottest, longer intervals as the heat is lost. The oven temperature should be set to the high end of the "pizza" temperature range rather than to the lower end. Make sure to get an aluminum peel to take your pizza off of and a wood peel to put the pizza on. Make sure you use corn meal to prevent wood peels from getting scratched. These are the recommendations I offer.

I love it
5/5

The Forest - The best pizza is the one made on my old Weber. I love it more when I make it on my fire.
This is cooked on charcoal and hardwood chunks on top to get the temperature up to 700°F. Within minutes, you'll have pizza on the table. There's no shortage of flavor here. Be careful, the mark left behind will last for life! I know - I touched it at full temp and left a mark. It's a friend of mine who.

It is impressive
5/5

I have purchased one and I am impressed with it the first time. My pizza steel was loaded with 6 chunks of hickory on top of my charcoal chimney starter, then I covered it with a pizza stone and waited about 15 minutes. I added four chicken breasts, a corncob, and a full pound of potatoes. The aluminum foil I put over the chamber according to another review was used before use. I used an infrared thermometer and my infrared thermometer registered a temperature of 720 and the steel of 725. It took me no longer than 4 minutes to cook my first pizza on the steel! Two pizzas were in the pan that was included You absolutely need fireplace gloves, a wood peel, and a metal peel-both to insert the pizza and to remove it. It would have been better if the bottom crust was crisped another minute. Due to the puffiness of the crust, a wood peel cannot be used to remove a pizza cleanly. Overall, I think this is a very nice looking program and I think it does a really good.

I am amazed! The decision to purchase this item took a while for me to come to, but I am glad that The set-up was a breeze and took less than ten minutes
5/5

This was my first time using it, and I was amazed by its effectiveness. As a test run, I folded my dough and spread cheese, EVO and garlic over the stone. It puffed up immediately and I spun it every 30 seconds for about 2 minutes. I held it with my metal peel to crisp the top and inside less than 3 minutes I had perfect pizza. I can attest that this thing works! My pizza making experience dates back several years, and this pizza is better than anything else I have ever made in a professional A brick oven is a viable alternative to building one from scratch, but the cost would be about 2,000 and the labor would be a lot more. They have invented the proverbial "better mouse trap. ".
