It is impossible to remove the non stick coating

It looks as though the surface coating has worn off after being used twice with a plastic spatula. When the pizza is cut at a lower temperature and the rack is raised higher, it still gets too hot and burns the bottom. Recommend not.

Despite its light weight, this is a very useful bag

This cooker has been very good for me so far. It is a bit heavier than I expected, but on the whole it is good for its price. I will not use it for the especially heavy deep dish pizzas, but for standard use it has Oh, did I tell you about the price?.
