The location of manufacture was on a sticker that was thrown away. These pans are well-made and thicker than the ones we previously used. I'm not sure where they were made, but they're of good quality.
I purchased a 15" pan, and it is exactly 15" in size.
I can't comment on the 14" because I only ordered the 10", but the 10" is measured from edge to edge.
Yes, simply purchase the appropriate size. In my kamado, I believe it is 16 or 18 inches.

Made in India, and at a low price. The diameter of a ten-inch pizza is measured from edge to edge, including the rim. It has a 1/2-inch rim. At 18 gauge, it's also quite light. This pan is overpriced by a large margin. It's only worth a quarter, if that. The back side of the rim is sharp and can be dangerous to handle or clean. There isn't a rolled edge on this piece. Unfortunately, they used permanent glue to adhere a large mailing label to the bottom of the pan. Without a lot of soaking and scrubbing, it's impossible to get rid of the leftover glue. It helps to use an organic solvent like acetone or isopropyl alcohol. This one ended up in the garbage can. Returning isn't worth the trouble. Better pans, made of aluminum with rolled edges, carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, stone, or ceramic, can be found elsewhere for about the same price.
INDIA MANUFACTURED. India Metalcraft should be the company's new name. This used to be of high quality and manufactured in the United States of America. I have one made in the United States, and there is a distinct difference in the way it feels and looks. The United States came in ninth place with a score of 9. The previous one weighed 6 ounces, while the new one weighed 8 ounces. 3 ounces. In addition, the India model has a 1/4" smaller diameter and a higher-rolled lip. It's just a pizza pan at the end of the day, and yet another example of a company selling out.
However, so far, this has worked out well for me. This is the second time I've made pizza in it, and both times it's been delicious!.
Pros: It has a great appearance. It gives us the feeling of being in a real "pizzeria" at home.
Cons: Dishwasher-safe is a big no-no. br>br>I like these plates a lot. We bought a couple to give our pizza making at home a pizzeria feel. We didn't require pizza plates, but they were inexpensive and I enjoy using them. br>br>However, we were oblivious to the fact that we had placed them in the dishwasher. They are permanently discolored and have scrapes on them after only one dishwashing cycle. It doesn't really affect their functionality; they just look odd now. I deducted a star because I believe that anything that can be severely harmed by a single dishwashing should be labeled as such. The plates, on the other hand, make me happy.
I bought this pizza pan because it was cheap and I needed something for my daughter to cook her frozen pizzas on other than my nice cookie trays, which she kept destroying with her extra cheese. To be honest, I didn't expect much for the price, but I was hopeful. It arrived on time, and we were eager to put it to the test; because it lacks a Teflon finish, the pizza took a little longer to remove from the pan, and cleanup required a few minutes of soaking in hot water before it came clean, but that was minor in comparison to the job it did. The pizza cooked evenly on the pan, and after cleaning it up, which didn't take long after it had been soaked, it was stored and ready to cook again. It's well worth the money, and I'm planning on purchasing a few more for when my daughter's friends come over. This item is well worth the investment.
I wasn't expecting high quality for the price, just a nice pizza serving platter. It is, however, far from being of any kind of quality. It's very light, flimsy, and inexpensive. The weight of a frisbee is 5 times that of this tin sheet. Machine scratches from the molding process can also be seen. It does not look like it does in the picture. I was going to return it, but the packaging was just a plain plastic wrap with stickers attached, and I had to rip it open to see what was inside. It's only worth a dollar to me.
This is exactly what I needed to cut and serve my pizzas. It's a sturdy pan with a nice lip, and it's made of a good gauge of aluminum. It turns out you can use it as a pizza peel to transfer pizzas to and from a pizza stone (wish I'd known that before I bought an actual peel). br>br>These pans are inexpensive and come in large quantities. It's inevitable that they'll arrive scratched. Some people seem to think these are silver platters, but they aren't. Because aluminum is a soft metal, it will be scratched, and your pizza cutter will most likely leave marks. Dishwasher detergent should not be used on them because it reacts badly with aluminum. Stick to the tried-and-true method of handwashing with liquid soap. br>br>Use it until you can't stand it any longer, then buy another one because they're so cheap and work.
What could possibly go wrong? I didn't even read the reviews until I got the package. However, there have been so many positive comments! The Karen reviews, on the other hand, perplexed me. Making a fuss about the fact that it's made in India. For four dollars, I was expecting China. Would I be willing to pay a little more for a pan that was made in the United States? Sure, why not? Karen, however, it costs $4. It's my first pizza pan, and I'm really excited about it. I'm not sure I'd like to use one. I'd rather start on a low budget and see how things go. I don't want to spend a lot of money on a USA-made one only to find out I don't like it and have to stow it away with the rest of my Chinese-made kitchen appliances. Karen, you've got the same ones. So far, it appears to be a well-made pan from India. I lose more money in my couch cushions than I spent on this pan. It's definitely worth a shot, and it won't cost you a fortune. The pan gets five stars, while the Karens get one. It comes highly recommended!.
