This material is a white paper that is lightweight.
Cones are long and narrow, so if you use them, you may have to cut them to make them fit so much better. The mess needs to be cleaned up by (who? coordinator for weddings, I prefer bubbles outside the church or in the yard as the couple walks down the aisle.

Almost every one of them stuck to the next one, or the next one or more, or all of them stuck to each other. We only had about 40 sticks for our event since we couldn't separate them. This is something to be aware of if 100 is all you need. The forks ran out soon after we went to the table. The cotton candy was too dangerous to spin, so I just used a fork to spin it around and then emptied it into a plastic I'm not sure if this was just a bad batch, or if this is the standard for all batches. Since they were all in a box, not wrapped or anything, it is very possible moisture got into the box during.
I thought of trying the new sugar when I made these cotton candy cones to get ready for birthday season. This is why the cones collapse when quite a bit of cotton candy is added. There will be a double-up on these, so I will have to spend more I really don't know what to do. Use a small amount of candy floss if you want it to work.
They're pretty standard cotton candy tubes, as you'd expect. They're good for smaller (at home) cotton candy-makers, but not tough enough for larger industrial ones. The tubes can stick together, but if you take your time, you can separate them fairly I used them for my daughter's 9th birthday party and they were great.
There will be no more purchases from me. Due to the difficulty of pulling apart these products, I felt like I received half the amount. It was an incredible amount of work to separate them all.
My cotton candy didn't last long, but the bags come apart easily and work well for cotton candy that is eaten within a minute. For what you are getting, the price is good.
I celebrated my 6 year olds' end of year party with them and they had seconds and didn't even scratch the surface of the quantity.
There will never be a time when I don't buy this item. Packages arrived in perfect condition and the product has never let me down.
You receive these cones in a heavy duty box that has a lid that you can use to store the cones. (Not just a regular box) because it has a flip and fold lid. This may not sound like that big of a deal, but it is! Because these cones are so delicate, you cannot give them to people as dog-ear cones. I got the same product from another company when I ordered from them.
