Hello, they're a very nice side that measures about 5 to 5 1/2" in length. I'm a chocolatier, so I use the mold to make chocolate treats. This is an ideal present! Take a look at the photo of the treat and the box I used to present it to you.
I bought this as a present for someone but have yet to use it. Please accept my apologies for not being able to assist you.
I make chocolate candy with these molds. For the ribbon and bowes, I would simply use food coloring in the batter if I were making cakes. I hope this has been of assistance.
This was a present for a friend of mine. I believe you could fill the bow with a variety of colored cake batter and bake for 1 hour. After 2 minutes, pour in the cake batter and bake until done.

It was exactly as I had hoped. It's fantastic! It was perfect for me. I make chocolate candy that looks like a tasty cookie, cake, cupcake, or treat. It's ideal for a Birthday Party- Here's where you get a lot of bang for your buck! It's easy to clean and looks like it'll last a long time if you follow the manufacturer's care instructions. I have a lot of Nordic Ware and plan to add to my collection in the spring.
Last Christmas, these were a huge hit. I had a set of these and a Christmas Village pan, and I used them to make a ton of homemade rum cakes for my boyfriend's coworkers, as well as our friends and family. It takes a lot of time. The pans, on the other hand, were fantastic! The cakes are perfect. There are no issues. Nordic Ware is known for producing high-quality pans. However, cleaning can be a bit of a pain. It is imperative that you exercise caution.
The design is fantastic! This was a big hit when I used it to make Christmas cakes as gifts! It's large enough to feel substantial but not so large as to be overwhelming.
My bizcochos turned out to be quite lovely.
The cakes come out easily and look lovely, albeit a little smaller than I'd like; they're quite heavy and appear to last a long time; cleaning is a little difficult due to the shape, but that's minor. NW will be purchased in the future.
Very nice, I followed the instructions on how to use it and got a great result.
