A rectangle of 12 x 18 inches is on the bottom !We bent the top edges out quite a bit to get 13 x 19 measurements!
A sticker on the underside says "Made in China" and DTE#0231 SS Cake Roll Pan with a bar code of 7 1436000231 3" But IMO it is a very flimsy pan that can twist in the oven.
Selected User Reviews For Wilton Performance Pans Aluminum Jelly Roll and Cookie Pan, 10.5 x 15.5-Inch
This pan comes highly recommended by me. For the strawberry whipped cream and lemon curd Swiss roll that I was striving so hard to perfect, the size of this pan was almost perfect. It had tall, straight walls, which I needed, while other pans I used were not tailored to just that. In all of the Swiss rolls I made, the one made with this pan was the most fluffy and tasted the best (out of all the ones I tried). have not all had a problem with it warping in the dishwasher or the oven.
I ordered these using the listed dimensions. I love jelly-fish The dimensions are 7/8 by 10 It measures 7/8 of an inch. There is an increase of 3/8 inch both ways. My current ones are the exact dimensions of the ones these were meant.
The cookie pans I used last week were the best I've ever used for baking over 93 dozen cookies for Christmas. Since I began baking at the age of 15, I have gone on to become a professional baker. It is heavy enough to hold cookies or jelly rolls in these pans. I bought two more because I was so pleased with them. Considering $11 as the price, I think it is fairly reasonable. cents per pan is an excellent price, and I was also able to get free shipping. Now that I have enough cookie pans, I plan to replace all my old ones with In spite of over two years since I wrote this review, I still believe in my assessment of these pots. Wilton makes heavy-duty aluminum pans that stand up to heavy use and will stand the test of time. Aluminum can be destroyed by the detergents used in dishwashers today. In my fifth pan, I am now ready to buy.
There is a chalky finish that is very difficult to clean, everything sticks together as if it's been burned. This was a very disappointing experience.
This is an extremely thin piece! I burned it for the reason that it was thin and came dented, did not warp, but it was certainly thin and came dented. Someone, but not me, is sure to find some use for this. This woman is way.
It was time to replace the pans and wire racks on my Pitboss Pro 1100 smoker so I could do turkeys, pork shoulders, brisket, and everything else. Can you explain? There is no quick fix for cleaning up drippings. In our opinion, two of these would fit nice on our page If I wanted to fit a third tower, I could do it, but that would leave no space for my grill probe or Works exactly how I want it to. 14-inch pants fit me It wouldn't be a problem to cook 15-pound turkeys on each of these for Thanksgiving. If it is a large brisket, it may not fit lengthwise.
Or recommend using it in a smoker. Our use of these is the same Within the standard size of our ovens, they fit side by side. The KITCHENATICS Commercial Grade Stainless Steel Cooling Racks that I bought go perfectly with the bag of 10" X 15" KITCHENATICS Aluminum Cans.
A roll pan is supposed to be a very heavy pan. There was an upgrade or two from tin foil here. Despite the headline, there were multiple dents in the bottom of the pan AND the edge of the pan had been rolled from the shipping process.
