It is not as easy to roll the cake as they describe. You definitely need to spray the pan with cooking spray. The pan is far too expensive for the performance it offers!.

I liked the product, but you'll still need a cookie sheet underneath it. Despite not being as supportive as I would like around the edge for baking, it does make it significantly easier to roll the roll up. In my opinion, a more substantial product should have been included at that price point.
