Make sure your jelly roll pans are of better quality. They warp when they get hot, they don't stay flat (they go back to being flat when they are cooled). I find this to be very In order to give a review, I just searched back through my orders to find these, because the quiche I was cooking spilled out of the dish when the pan it was sat on warped in the oven, resulting in the not yet set eggs running out. This purchase has not been satisfactory to me. Moreover, everything sticks to them even though they claim they are nonstick.
As a Calphalon fan I expect a certain level of quality, and this set did not disappoint me. It has smooth rolled edges and is nicely weighted. The pans from Calphalon are known for their quality and they live up to that reputation. You should have them if you bake. Even if you bake bacon, they are large enough for a pound of thick sliced bacon. My pans are lined with foil, but they retain their shape and can easily be removed. It's easy to clean up.

In February 2010, I bought 2 of these and they had a toxic smell that I was unable to eliminate even after you baked them for hours and hours. Also, they baked some of their cookies sheets at the same time. I must have gotten a defective batch because the smell is so strong it sets off my smoke detectors every time. You should return them if you are unable to get rid of the smell even after baking them a few times (the manufacturer suggests no longer than that). This meant that your batch was among the bad ones.
You have passed. It is impossible to bake either of these pans without warping. Although they are heated to 350 degrees, they still concave. There is no way the material will be able to withstand the temperature.
