Yes, in theory, though we haven't tested how well the lid would hold up in the freezer for extended periods of time; the pan, on the other hand, would probably be fine.

I only bought it a few months ago and have already used it 5 or 6 times. After the last wash, this is how it looks now. By the way, I'm a big fan of soft sponges. I'm tossing it now because the film is flaking off in chunks and has turned rusty.
First and foremost, this baking pan is absolutely gorgeous and has a wonderful feel to it. I read the comments about the lid and discovered that in order for it to work, you must first secure the corners and then engage the locking mechanism on the sides; if it is not secured at the four corners, it will not hold. Anyway, the first time I made lasagna, I didn't use any cooking oil or spray, I just put sauce on the bottom and cooked it according to the instructions, and the sauce came off easily with no sticking. My only complaint is a chemical odor that filled the kitchen while this was baking; at only 350 degrees, it wasn't anything out of the ordinary; I hope this was a one-time occurrence; if not, I will update. It's not because I didn't wash it before using it. I deducted a star because of the odor.
I was expecting blue diamonds, but these aren't. finishes of the type THIS IS NOT THE CASE. The finish is applied with a paint brush and does not adhere to the metal. Take a look at how the finish has bubbled up on the surface and how quickly they rust once the finish has been removed. The cover is fantastic, and the size is ideal. The product is a waste of money. Both pans have been ruined and will be discarded. I'm not sure what kind of finish it is, but I'm sure I ate some of it. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COSTS. They were only used for roasted vegetables or lasagna on rare occasions. There should be no excessive heat. wise. br>Once it began to bubble, it spread quickly, and I tried lining them with foil but gave up. This pan will never, ever make me happy. br>I'm still looking for a lidded 9 x 13 pan.
The convenience of the plastic lid with handle was the primary reason I purchased this baking pan. The problem was that the lid would not stay on. I'm not sure if the pan had sprung or what the issue was. The design appeared to be functional, but it was not. The pan and lid were returned to me. I didn't give it a second chance. br>br>In addition, because the 9x13 pans I've had were either traditional metal or glass, I've never had to worry about using metal utensils on them. However, I would be hesitant to use a metal spatula on this non-stick surface. pan that does not stick br>br>The non-profit organization is a non-profit organization. The one casserole I made turned out well in the nonstick pan. Empty and clean up is a breeze!.
I placed two orders, the first of which had an open slice in one corner, rendering it unfit for anything involving liquids. The second one arrived, but the stupid lid isn't going to fit! Pan appears to be warped and more flimsy than their description suggests. So here we are on Christmas Eve, and I still don't have the baking pan I require. Awesome. These appear to be mass-produced with little regard for quality. More low-cost, low-quality imports from elsewhere in the world. Jeff, I appreciate your time. 🤬.
I've only used this pan once, but I really like the color, and it bakes brownies beautifully. The lid was easy to put on and take off, but it was also thick and sturdy, which was a major selling point for me.
I like how scratch-resistant glass is, so I read a lot of reviews before deciding on this one. br>br>With our purchase, we are extremely pleased. It functions properly, appears to be scratch-resistant, and is relatively mom stick! br>br>We are very pleased with our choice!.
The color combination is fantastic! What a strange coincidence! The heft and weight appeal to me. Due to previous experience, I've always been cautious with tools. So far, everything has gone well. Tim is the one who will know. The lid is also well-fitting. Sturdy.
