Questions & Answers

What is the quantity of the film you get in one package, or is there more than enough for one standard sized window?

On this package, there is a 2 ft long window film. This space measures 3 feet wide by 3 feet high. You can also use a 24 by 36 inch size. Comparing the measurements of the window you want to cover with the ones I mentioned will enable you to find the ideal fit.

I was wondering what the opposite side of this film looks like? I'm thinking of installing this on my front door On both sides of the film, does it look the same?

There is something beautiful about both sides. In terms of color brightness, nothing has changed. During a recent visit to a big box home improvement store, I saw a model.

What would happen if this was used every day in the shower window, with steam rising every second?

One issue I encountered was to put paper over windows that were in direct sunlight in summer. It appears that corner pieces of the paper are peeling off. The only way I could resolve this was to rewet. In order to protect the corners, I taped them. Now that things are holding up, everything is going smoothly.

I am so happy with this product! Living on the first floor of a two-story building is where I live
5/5

In order to maintain my privacy, I covered all my windows with thick curtains, but unfortunately that turned my apartment into a sort of After researching window films in search of more light, I decided to invest in them. Stained glass windows are one of my favorite things, so I decided these films would look great on my laundry room windows. I had to cut two orders of the 24x36 sheets to fit the six small panes that are in the window (it took two orders of each size). The final product is really stunning, I spent quite a bit of time making sure it was perfect. however, I was meticulous and it took a lot of time to get it to that point. Here is how to use it in three 1 *br Using a paper towel, put soap and a lot of water on the window and wipe it off. 2
After wiping off with another paper towel soaked in water, follow the steps below 3. 4. Use paper towels to clean up. To cut the right size, measure and cut the dimensions In case you have old, oddly shaped windows like I do, use scissors and a long ruler to place the sheet up onto the window and trim where necessary. Wet the surface of the glass with water and wipe it evenly so that it is slightly damp*. * Be sure to readjust your stick. I should add pay attention to the pattern if you end up using more than one sheet and have weird cut outs so it flows seamlessly from one area to another (look at it from different angles the light will be better).

There is fading and dripping
3/5

The window had filtered sunlight coming through it, so I was not happy with it after about a year. When the film cracked, it looked like it was stretched out and when I tried to replace it, the color had faded so badly, I have to reapply the film over the entire project. The window has multiple panes. In my photo you can see an old film on the bottom with some cracks, and a film with a different color As far as I can tell, this is the same product as was applied initially. A receipt was provided to me when I purchased it online.

I really like what I see
5/5

It's really hard to tell this window film is not real stained glass because it's so pretty. It was too large for me so I had to cut it down the middle My window will be covered by it once I piece it together at the ends. Putting it up was really easy, but you need to be sure that the corners are flat and the tops are level When trimming a window, make sure there are no dirt or debris on the edges. Cutting it wrong is easy if you don't know how. It looks great, in my humble opinion. The result is very satisfying for me.

There is a hidden bonus with this quality product
5/5

Based on the 40 years we have been in business There is a grid of 2 ft square light panels in an old kitchen that is 3 feet by 3 feet. On the center panel, the Magnolia film is mounted to the flat underside of a 2 ft square of matte acrylic that I drew on with a pencil. In terms of the film itself, it appears well made, is fairly thick, and is easy to apply and remove The job positions. I am impressed with the quality of the printing. In the past, I considered replacing all 9 light panels with the film, but there would have been too much light loss and some color shift as a result. I like the look of my wife's outfit with just one panel even though there is only one. It might have worked with patterns in which the colors are not as intense, but the Magnolia design was our favorite for its rich, intense colors. When the temperature is As long as the LEDs were installed several inches above the light panel, no heat issues materialized. However, I was concerned about the adhesion of acrylic to a horizontal surface. So far, it has been two weeks. I like it. The inside surface of the thick peel-offs can be used to clean the inside of the container It makes a decent surface for dry erase markers when the backing is off. We are offering a free white board that measures 2' x 3'. In the photos, you can see two views of the panel lit and unlit.

Stunning! I love it so much! There is nothing better than watching this film
5/5

It was a big project decorating that large fixed window, mostly because it is west facing. The setting sun would glare really badly into our dining room when it is on its way down. Glowing surfaces aren't eliminated but they are certainly made nicer when they are. Having it in our home has made it a conversation piece. In order for it to work, we had to put four of them together because the window was bigger than the film. It is possible to watch the film without realizing it is the same film because the image flows from one to the next. If you are not using the entire film, you will need a sharp blade to make this work. With the help of a box cutter, I was able to cut very quickly. On the pictures I posted, you can see that our window has a cross made out of glass The glass is embedded with a pair of bars. In my case, I used them to "hide" the connection between two films. It turned out to be a very successful arrangement.

Sorry to hear you're disappointed
3/5

It was such an honor for me to have Artscape design my front door. The glass needed to be replaced in the door, so we applied the film before it was put back in, which was easy, but after the glass was installed we discovered there were two completely different tints in the two films. It was light in one, while it was dark in the other. Checking to make sure I had applied them in the same way, I found that I had. Basically, I have a window on my door now that is obviously different from the rest. The color would make it look great if it weren't for it. unsatisfied with the service.

It's a pretty design, but there are smears in it
3/5

There is nothing more beautiful than the colors of the Magnolia cling. There is no beauty beyond that. My attention was drawn to a leaf smudge in the design after I had adhered the cling. This would have been okay if the smeared ink was tucked into one of the corners where it wasn't too noticeable however, it was right in the middle of the window. Other details include the fact that the "leading" black color is inconsistent throughout the whole Here are some pictures I have attached. My pictures appear to not be able to be uploaded. However, I was not able to upload after following the directions in the Help section. Whenever it becomes possible to upload pictures, I will do so. A design for that product had a consistent color scheme with no smudges. Its colors are not as vibrant and is one of the reasons I chose its If you plan to place this cling at a distance, no need to worry about the flaws being easily seen since the window will not be close up.
