I don't usually write reviews, but I believe anyone considering purchasing these should be aware that they are toxic. Toxic, to be precise. I started having breathing issues, severe congestion, and would wake up coughing all night after hanging them. I thought we had a mold problem because there was a strange musty odor. "You started having this problem after we hung those draperies," my husband told me after three months of suffering (and I'm not exaggerating, it was bad). I double-checked my order on Amazon, and the dates and times matched up perfectly. We took down the draperies right away, and the musty odor was gone within 24 hours, and my health was back to normal. I'm not sure what the black out lining is made of, but whatever it is, it's hazardous.

I bought the regular Nicetown blackout curtains at first, but they let in a lot of light. The color and material appealed to me, but they were not what I was looking for. I recently checked out these curtains and it seems they have renamed them to clarify that they are 50% blackout curtains, which still seems misleading. Maybe they should just call them gray out curtains. curtains. Anyway, after a couple nights of terrible sleep, I returned them and ordered these 100% blackout curtains, which are amazing! br>br>The curtains are thick and heavy, like those found in hotels. They make my bedroom completely dark even in broad daylight. The material is also very nice. br>br>My only criticism is that they're a pain to de-clutter. wrinkle. I hung them up after putting them in the dryer with a damp cloth for 20 minutes and ironing them. But I believe it was well spent time. They appear to have been spent, as they now have an elegant appearance. br>br>Overall, these curtains look nice and will help you sleep better, so if you're looking for blackout curtains, these are a good choice. br>br>Update (a few months later): My neighbor texted me this morning, inquiring about the incident at our other neighbor's house the night before. I responded that I had arrived early and had no idea what he was talking about. It turned out she had a gas leak, and for the next 30 minutes, a firetruck was parked in front of my house, flashing its lights. I'm a light sleeper, and two of my three bedroom windows face the street, so the fact that I slept through the night only adds to my belief that these curtains are genuine! GET THEM NOW! br>br>.

I read through a lot of the reviews on these curtains before I bought them. Similar curtains had previously been purchased from Bed, Bath & Beyond. I had high expectations for Beyond and was disappointed when they didn't deliver, so I was skeptical that these would be any different. However, I reasoned that hundreds of five-star reviews couldn't possibly be wrong — and they weren't. These do exactly what they say on the tin: they completely block out the light while also helping to muffle sound. I live next to a busy highway, and as soon as I put these up, it sounded like it was a long way away. I keep track of my sleep every night, and since having these curtains I have gone 60%- Every night, the quality of sleep ranges from 70 to 90 percentage of sleep ranges from 70 to 90 percentage of% I would strongly suggest it.

They didn't have enough in the store, so I ordered the remaining three from Amazon. I bought the first ones for $22/piece, which I consider to be a bargain now that I have my new NiceTown blackout curtains. The NiceTown curtains were twice as expensive and far superior in terms of quality and blackout. Is there a word for that? Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha Having fallen in love with my White NiceTown drapes, I decided to buy them for all of my rooms. Don't be fooled by the price; they're well worth the money. I was a little nervous about hanging white curtains against an off-white wall, but they look fantastic. Most importantly, they work; my last three summer electric bills ranged from $300 to $400. $330 in each case. This month, I paid $228 for electricity. Granted, I didn't have any window covering before, which is why I purchased blackout curtains in the first place. I don't do reviews very often. Ever. This is something you needed to know about these drapes. That's how enamored with them I am. Crisp, well-crafted, and highly effective!! Period.

Amazon, on the other hand, will deliver them in 3 to 4 days. It took two days for mine to arrive. I didn't even need to get out of my house!
2- The ones I saw at Walmart/Target, on the other hand, didn't seem to be quite as thick. They had a black-and-white theme going on. liner- But that's all there is to it.
3- They didn't seem like they'd do much because they weren't as thick (at least to me).

They're very nice and heavy. crafted from superior materials- incredibly long-lasting Folded, one panel was the equivalent of two or three pairs of jeans in weight. br>In Southern California, 2018 was the hottest summer ever. I don't think I've ever done anything like this before. I wanted these curtains to help keep the heat out of my hot, sunny room in the afternoons. sunlit- room. I didn't mind being in the dark. I was fucked-up. I'm getting close to figuring out how to mount my auto-pilot. On the window sill, cast a shade. Not only did these curtains keep the sun out, but they also kept the heat out. heat- They maintained a more-than-comfortable temperature in the space. than- a temperature that is tolerable

It's a given- I'll be back. these should be bought br>**Please take note- If you prefer a dark environment in your home, Stretch the curtains out to the point where they are flattened at the top (by the bar). Thumbtacks are used to secure the curtain to the walls. To fit on the window sill, fold the bottom of the curtain. The amount of light (and thus heat) that enters the room should be reduced as a result.
