I'm here! Both the panels and the packaging were checked, but I found only "Made In China" labels on each one and a sticker on the package listing the dimensions. There might be a link for contacting the seller on Amazon? It was my regret that I could not be of more help.
I'm here. They don't have Velcro at all on them. (One medal ring per panel) Two sets of medal rings are provided. As each ring opens and enters each loop sewn above the top hem, it is attached to the curtain rod behind the curtain panels through the openings. Having owned several sets, I believe they are superior to anything on the market for blocking warm and humid air It is also blocking the light as well as bringing in cold air.
This is something that I have never done because I believe direct heat would damage them. Washing them in warm water on a short cycle, and drying them on low heat for about 30 minutes, yields the best results. Most wrinkles are released from the fabric during the drying process because it is substantial enough.
There is total blackout in all rooms. I have a daughter who works in the E at night. The brightest days were not a problem for sleep. To complete the look, I have draped them in navy blue velvet. There is a dim light in this dark room.

I am very satisfied with the curtains. The tabbed blackout/thermal product I purchased comes with ring hooks and is 50x80 inches in size. Tabbed curtains are usually attached to the back of the curtain rather than at the top, so I have tabbed curtains by default. It is tabbed but comes with ring hooks for hanging the blackout curtains. curtain without the tabs is 80in in length, the curtain with the tabs is 81in in length, and the curtain with the circle hooks is 82in long. Curtains are a little longer than I normally wear, so it's not an issue. The curtain rod had to be moved above where it would normally be due to the strange way our sliding glass door operates. Based on this, all the light is on the bottom of the curtain.
