You won't need to be concerned about sunlight entering your home. For my living room PATIO, I brought 6 pks (each with 2 panels, which I adore). for the purpose of my BEDROOM I give this brand a 12 out of 10. It's also a good value for money. Thank you
While my air conditioner is on right now, I can feel the difference in temperature. These curtains are lined, which allowed me to keep the cool air in my living room. I am confident that these will work in the winter.
I haven't noticed it doing much in terms of keeping heat out, but I wouldn't say it doesn't. Please accept my apologies if that was a bit hazy. I live in a very hot state, and my room doesn't get too hot, so I suppose it does, but I wouldn't buy these solely to keep the heat out.

My purchase has left me completely satisfied. Because our bedroom window faces west and it's already light until ten o'clock where we live, I needed a way to darken our space, and they're fantastic in that regard. My only advice to anyone looking for complete darkness is to hang their curtain rod from the ceiling. The curtains will be able to get closer to the window as a result of this. By bringing the topmost portion of the curtains well above the top sill of the window, you can maximize their ability to block light. br> We hung our curtain rod on the wall just above our window. There is still some light in the room as a result of this. However, it is insufficient to justify the curtain rod being reinstalled. I'll keep this in mind the next time we move. br> When I read that they were insulated for temperature and sound, I didn't think much of it. I was taken aback by how much cooler and quieter the room remained. We live in an apartment, and our neighbors frequently congregate on their porches on weekends. Even normal conversation, let alone drunk people conversing, can be distracting. br> Following the installation, these conversations become much less noticeable. In addition, some of our neighbors start their trucks (diesel trucks) early in the morning and leave them idle. We are no longer awoken by the sound it makes. br> The only thing I wish I had now is an automatic curtain rod that would open the curtains at a predetermined time; I can't sleep if it's getting light out, and the room is already dark from sleeping in. br> I'm pretty sure I'll be able to find one on Amazon, so I'm in the right place.
Finally, the ideal blackout curtains have been discovered. Even in the daytime, my room is pitch black. Don't second-guess yourself; go ahead and get them.
These curtains have a major design flaw in the grommets. Sure, it looks nice, but they let wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy During my night shift rotations, I may have to sleep with a towel draped over my shoulders: ( bummer.
Right out of the box, it's practically wrinkle-free. At this price point, the material is of higher quality than expected. They immediately darkened the room and made it cooler. They are a big hit with my wife.
They completely block out the sunlight as someone who lives in a very sunny area! Although they were wrinkled when they arrived, they are extremely soft! My cat likes to sit in the window, and the fur collects on the black outing of the curtains. However, I bought the curtains for the blackout quality, and they are excellent in that regard, so I strongly recommend them!.
First and foremost, he lacks shading, and the lengths of the two pieces are not equal. A curtain could be 45 1/2" wide on one side and 47" wide on the other. Worst of all, the curtain emits a strong chemical odor, similar to that of an industrial facility. It's formaldehyde, according to the label. It must be hazardous to the body if it is hung at home. These are fantastic. It was always too hot in my room. I could tell there was a 10 degree difference the second I switched to these. They're fantastic. In the morning, it also helps to keep the room dark.
