The tree was exposed to strong sunlight for five years (Southern Exposure). It's important to me to take good care of my possessions. The life of these blinds is limited when used in strong light (south east or west). What I have to say The two blinds I purchased in January 2015 are in excellent condition. Honeycombing is used in the blinds to create two fabric layers. There is a blind in the south of the house One is in an east window and the other in a south window There is a window on the west side. Initially, I was in love with the blinds. The constant exposure to the sun caused the outer fabric layers on both to degrade over time. In the south, the outer layer of the blinds does not extend beyond the window frame A window on the east side lasted two minutes. I have been teaching for five By that time, the upper fabric had become so fragile that it tore. When the outer layer of fabric began to rip, the blind weight was transferred to the inner layer of fabric, and the inner layer only lasted a couple of weeks before it also ripped. Eventually, the weight of the blind transferred to the cord, and the cord frayed and ended up breaking after a few more In spite of my best efforts, I couldn't mend. Make sure you are careful when buying! Prior to purchasing these blinds, we ordered the same ones

We unfortunately received a very disappointing order from our last order. We were forced to modify all six blinds to get them to fit because none of them were cut to the specified dimensions. We just received five blinds which will not fit and the company won't respond to my email to exchange them. It has taken ten times longer than necessary to install and the windows appear smaller now than before. As much as I'd like to give them a negative rating, I can't.

As soon as I filled out both of the Customer Service forms, the representatives were very accommodating and immediately sent out replacements. I expect that the second replacement will arrive in less than five As for the uneven head, I have not encountered any issues with that when I replaced the first one- As before, we will use the rail. A brief description of the initial purchase Honestly, I've had my new shades up for about one week now, and they are so great! I like the top down, bottom up feature because it provides me with the privacy I wanted. It was a great deal and I've got both hanging together There is a side of me I installed them in about 20 minutes and they were very easy to do. Although I wanted to purchase the chandeliers in a chili or paprika color, this was not an option and so I purchased the espresso color which looks fine. However, once I hung the first shade, I noticed an uneven gap between the head and body of it. The rail and the middle-class During the height of the stairs, there is a railing. Quite a few of the photos show a lot of dirt in them (I don't know if that makes sense). I believe the left divider is about 1/4" wide, but the right divider is about 1 inch wide. As part of my research on the head-pulley system, I found There appeared to be a way to shorten the cords on the rail. After trying it twice, I gave up My knot was uneven again after I tied a knot and thought it had worked. My effort to rewrite may be successful if I have the time Retying the knot is the next step. I am so glad I took the risk

The order of these up/downs was quite hesitant before but after I checked the big box stores and really wanted this type, I decided to go ahead and order them. I am so glad I decided to do that! My order was cut to fit after they sent me instructions on measuring each window since I wanted an inside mount, and then emailed me once more to ask me more questions to ensure everything went smoothly. A crew from them came to my location in record time and I was amazed at how simple the installation was. Within three hours I had them all up and working (a total of 10 windows). This was one of the best Amazon purchases I have ever made. I am so pleased with the shade that I chose. An e-mail contact was made to me In the days following my order, I sent an e-mail to confirm the approximate size of the window frame and specify if it should be mounted inside or outside. The fit was perfect since I selected inside mount. Getting it installed took no time at all. This was a great idea to provide hexadecimal An installation screw with a head. The number of times I've stripped out a Phillips head screw installing blinds through the years is endless. Using hexagon headed screws allows you to drive them through with no worry of stripping them, and putting a small socket on them makes them easier. In addition to the traditional Phillips head screwdriver, you may also use the thinner screwdriver. There are no problems with the blind in the window and it works just as it should. It is certain that I will be buying more.
