In my experience with Redi Shade, I followed their instructions, which were to provide the width of the opening, it was straightforward to install, and the shades did not loosen or fall over time. I had no problems putting it up. It went on It's a pity that the color is so dull I think it's actually a light gray shade and the color is slightly off. Compared to the white trim on the shade, the gray of the shade is much darker.
