For our french doors, I ordered a matching pair of white shades. I received them on time and they were in good condition. We were concerned that installation would be difficult due to our metal doors, but it was actually quite easy Using a drill, a small hole was drilled for each screw spot and it was installed without problem. The entire process took me only a few minutes to mark, drill, screw, and pop! The shades are like this. Using these brackets is easy due to the fact that you don't need to be precise with their placement. We have them so high there is no way you can even see the brackets, so the spacing didn't really matter. We deducted one point for the quality of the material of the shade. Having read many reviews before purchasing these, I was very pleased with my purchase. Our sun room has three new windows and we bought three of them to mount inside. With the morning glare gone, we wanted to cut some glare in the afternoon without having clunky blinds visible for the entire day. In my opinion, we only achieved about 50 percent of the reduction in glare that we desired. As the blinds are sheer, a lot of light leaks through, but thanks to their attractive design they can be deployed easily. It's not an installation to be undertaken by a total newbie. A friend and I had to consult with each other throughout the installation process since I am an amateur handyman. In the manufacturer's note, they indicate that the supplied screws will not be adequate for inside mounting, so you should plan to go to the hardware store to purchase This was an installation of three blinds as noted. I like the color of this I am happy with the way it worked in my bathroom. Through which it is impossible to see. The measurements and orders I made were after I measured exactly how tall the window was. The only thing I would change would be to give an extra inch or two in height measurement, as there is a slight recoil when you pull it all the way down. A light weight is part of its design, and it helps to hold it down with the weight of the bottom bracket. Adding another inch of height would have made it taller and would have enabled it to cover the entire window. It's light, so to keep it from lifting, I would have added a little extra width.
