Several were damaged when I ordered them. I love the curtains but they were damaged when I ordered. I am not sending back one of them since I'm not sure if you have more. One has a small pull in the fabric where the zipper got in the way, but I will not send it back. Those that were damaged had been washed, as I could tell from the tags on them. There must have been excessive heat when they were washed because both the invert and backing have shrunk significantly and the front now has permanent wrinkles. Tags mention that the clothes should be washed in cold water and dried at low heat or by hanging. My apologies to the seller, but it is evident the buyer ruined the shoes and sent them back without telling the seller. One of the bags that was ruined had a piece of a return document. I opened the bag to find the paper slipping out. If the seller knew, the paper would not have been in the bag. Amazon has been informed about the paper and I am sending these back. I have four windows and only three curtains, so I need to sell them. Please let me know if you have another of these beige Austrian valances available, I still need one,,HELP PLEASE!!! I love the valances but will have to return them if I cannot.
I'm really impressed with this valance. It has a beautiful look, is made from heavy material, and is well made. This curtain rod is not the 3" wrap-around type, but it works fine on a regular curtain rod. The folds needed only a minimum of fussing to appear as shown in the picture, and it was ready to use right out of the package. You're the best!
