The clip part of the curtain showing behind the curtain did not suit me, so I clipped it 1" down every 4 inches behind the curtain. I love the result because it looks super clean. I just bought more decor for my rest of the house!.
Keep in mind the size (see below for what I had to do).
I DIY'd my curtains and didn't want to sew in sleeves to them, so these clips were perfect because they are farmhouse-inspired. Just like these clips from Home Depot, I had purchased them not too long ago, but they cost about $10 for a pack of six These are exactly the same as the ones on Amazon when it comes to Actually, I was buying these because there were a couple of broken clips in the Home Depot pack. The price for the quantity is better. Those that are 1 inch in diameter are mainly for small or thin rods that cover one window since they are so small. These rings fit on them perfectly without a problem if I previously had those. Easily slipped onto the ears, no problem with any of the clips, they look good, and so far they've held up quite well. In the case of larger rods that expand over a larger area, they will not fit certain parts of the rod due to that factor. If you are thinking about purchasing, bear that in mind. You need not fret, however. In the event that you're okay with a little DIY and want these curtains because you already have other curtain rods that work with your other rods, there is a workaround that nobody else will ever notice or know about (but you). Please, all-- *Count out the number of rings you need to add to the larger sections of the rod - You'll need two pairs of pliers, plus some other tools. Put 4 rubber bands on the table- *Make sure you wrap each grip of the pliers with bands so you will have a more confident grip on the rings (and they won't get scratched)br>- I'm serious, lol. Please stretch and widen them! Quite simply, they need to work their way on to the bigger section of the rods just enough to move smoothly on. It was a simple project, but I went the extra mile to put tiny pieces of clear tape over the open ends to keep the hooks in place (and to prevent scratches). I cannot tell even from this picture. Although I usually keep my curtains in one place and do not slide them, I occasionally move them. There was only a small amount of widening to do out of a pack of 42 (as shown in the images - only certain ones are widened with others leaving alone since they fit I think it took me no more than five minutes to do it. While I know that a lot of people buy things simply to not have to worry about anything and want them to work "as is" out of the box, it is definitely doable for those who don't mind and are not on a budget. Although I wouldn't necessarily recommend getting these hooks for use during curtains, they are very useful outside of that, so I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is in the market.
Getting it set up only took me about 10 minutes.
These are great for what you get (especially considering how many you get for the price). They are not at all thick though, so make sure to measure your rod thickness before purchasing. This will work for a short, skinny rod since they are so small (1"). This is not something I would put in my family room or formal living What I am looking for is something more substantial that is elegant in appearance.
I like the fact that it is small, sturdy, and has a good clasp. A few of the rings are solid, but that's ok since it's not the most important thing for me It is not possible to open them. It is important that you remove all rings before you can remove one ring. This is because the curtain rod needs to be taken down to access one ring. It is not easy to screw in the rod since we screwed it into the wall. You'll have an easier time if you have a tension rod. I used a lightweight, thin fabric to cover our front door, and I did not have any trouble getting the clasps to cinch tightly.
This rail is the perfect complement to my oil bronze rod, and makes it easier than ever to open and shut my curtains. As opposed to the thinner rods, the thinner one works well for a rod this size. There is a 5" ring you can buy in the store that looks strange due to the extra space between the ring and the I highly recommend this purchase!.
This product is an amazing product and I love using it to make my daughter's bows.
