My goal was to install them on our screened porch as a curtain. Their rust-proof exterior and the ability to hold a maximum of 2 pounds each convinced me they would be good. With 20 clips and a center support for the rod, the rod was easy to install, but be aware the clips will only slide as far as the center support. The curtain has been up now for over a month, and the rod and peg are both still in place I have never seen clips look that good The curtains are holding up great even when we slide them around several times a day depending on the sun. It has rained a lot, but no rust will appear.

The rust proof claim prompted me to purchase these in the first place. It must be absolutely impossible for them to be. A few weeks after I started using them for an outside curtain, they started rusting. A few months after that, parts began breaking.
As exciting as it was to receive these, I was disappointed when I found that 2 of the items did not include the clip to go with the ring, it was nowhere to be found in the package. I am disappointed that I only received 18 of these that are functional when I was supposed to get 20.
Make sure that your measurement is correct! However, I still used them, even though they were much smaller than what I had in mind. However, it was my fault because I didn't pay attention to the I found it a little small for my tastes and needs. Very strong, but still very young. The color is nice.
The rings themselves are good. The clip on one of the rings is missing, and I didn't realize this until it was too late to return it. No matter how far in the future I am from using the items, you can bet that if I order them again, I will check them immediately.

As opposed to perpendicular to them, these clips are mounted parallel to the rings. Using the clips to suspend a curtain from a curtain rod required a lot of brute force to turn them 90 degrees.
