The covers for bar stools are cool. This is a much better version of the original. The first thing I did was pull staples from the existing covers. I then decided it wouldn't make any sense to pull staples out of the existing covers since the covers could just be installed over the existing ones. I found the installation to be fairly straightforward. We would highly recommend the use of an electric or pneumatic stapler for the.

As a replacement for one of our kitchen bar stools, I ordered one of these replacements to see if it would fit properly and was as high-quality as it was advertised to be. The new coverings seem to be solid, so I plan on ordering two more for the other stools as the old ones didn't last installed it with a staple gun without any problems, but if you look underneath the seats, it might not have been done very well. In order to provide as much padding as possible, we installed the cover directly over the original one. Ultimately, the real test will be to see how long they last, but so far, they seem to be of good quality.

The seat of a Craftsman shop stool has been replaced. There was a 1/4" gap between the stool's base and the seat. Although the cover was alleged to be heavy duty, it fell short of 3/4" plywood was used to resurface the base. Staples were used to secure the cover.
