According to the description, this item can be machine washed. In spite of the fact that my machine had been washed in cool water, a huge amount of non-contaminants had been left behind The residue dissolved in water. Whether it is the backing rubber or some type of glue, I don't know. I can't believe what I've seen! Labels that state it can be machine washed should not be used.

The customer service department answered any questions about exchanging the rug right away and provided me with a new one gratis, immediately and without having to hassle with the hassle of shipping the damaged rug back. In that regard, I am a big fan of My only complaint is the durability of the fabric. The colors are wonderfully bold and the size is perfect for being used on the counter above the sink. Several times I've tossed it into the washing machine, and it hasn't frayed or faded yet. I vacuum it daily with my hard floor vac and I've thrown it into the washing machine several times. When I wash it, I use warm water and a casual setting, and then hang it Since it has a rubber backing, I wouldn't recommend drying it in the dryer. In my opinion, I have definitely gotten more than my money's worth and would recommend it to everyone!.

I was beyond thrilled with how this rug turned out. This rug is better quality than some I've seen in stores for over 50 dollars. I was somewhat hesitant to buy this cheap rug, but it turned out to be the right move. Despite the rug's large size and thick back pad, it has good outside sticking and a decent footing. The item I decided to purchase in the future will probably be in a few different styles. mom, who is in her 70s, enjoys it!.

The vacuum can easily be done with a regular broom. I am a little OCD and sweep frequently, so this is holding up well for me. The sweeper should be carefully used so as not to catch any edges. Here's a tip The backing on it will fall apart if washed by a washing machine. I'm not sure what it's called, but don't wash it in the machine! Clean by hand or outside if necessary and line dry. If necessary, take outside and rinse in the hose or give it a bath.

In my opinion, this product is exactly what I wanted, and it suits me perfectly. To be honest, I got two and do not regret it. I was able to put them in front of my stove and sink perfectly. In the intended location, the fit is ideal. Vacuuming is easy with it as well. As I have not washed it yet, I'm not certain how well it will hold up after being I found it to be a really nice mat at a really great price.
