I am afraid not. The rug cannot be machine washed. Our recommendation is to apply a diluted detergent spot treatment to the rug. For stains that are more difficult to remove, a professional cleaning may be needed!

The quality is fantastic. Normally, rugs this good cost much more than this. I just love it. I hope to purchase another in the near future!.
Even though it's thinner than most of the beds we have, the thinness didn't bother us since it mostly goes under the If there were high traffic in an area, I am not sure how well it would hold up. We are having a great time so far! I also have a fur baby who sheds a lot, and you can see it so easily on the rug however, because it is so thin, the hair comes right out with one swipe. It won't get buried into the rug like it would in a thicker rug.

Despite the fact that it is a lovely rug, delivery took almost two weeks when it should have taken no more than four days.
In the box, the rug was well wrapped at all times to ensure its protection. My door can open and close easily without catching the rug since it has a low pile and is soft. The rug was not flat when we rolled it up. We had to put heavy objects on all four corners in order to help it lay flat for at least 24 hours. We will need to purchase some kind of rug pad or double-sided tape to help it stay flat. There may need to be double-sided tape applied (or I may have to get out my glue gun a la Martha Stewart) since the underside is very slick, and we are using it on a marble floor so it slides all over. It is very soft (I was really surprised with how soft it was when I first touched it), and it is a very light shade of brown. Though the pictures make the design look pretty dark, I feel that when it is in person it is much lighter. That is what makes it so you're aware, if you're looking for a big stand-out design, this probably will not be what you're looking for. Overall, the rug met our needs and I was quite surprised by the quality considering the cost. I will update this review if the rug falls apart prematurely or if any other issues arise in the future.

If you're just interested in pure aesthetics, that won't be a problem. The best route for those of you who want a bit of sound insulation and have hardwood floors is not with this product.
I wanted a lighter rug to brighten up my bedroom but to still provide a nice aesthetic, so this grey rug was perfect. My overall rating for this purchase is 4 stars, but I docked 1 star for issues with smoothing out the rolls and for the non-delivery of a manual (If I could, I would give it a half star). The rug is fairly large but comes packaged tightly, causing the most inward material to fold inappropriately. I laid the rug out with planks on top for over a week in an unused room to try and flatten it, but I still see To let it all out, I believe it will just require patience. Also, I noticed that one of the corners is slightly off, which causes the lines of the two adjacent edges to be slightly off.
