A one star rating is appropriate because it did not perform as well as it could have when it so easily could have. It's sad since the frame itself is quite attractive and well-constructed. Their hardware was only 3 cents and they misdrilled the holes after they had spent only 3 cents on hardware. It was simply too delicate to hold the weight of my grandfather's standard flag without the flag falling to his death. If I just need to use my own installation materials to attach it to the wall, then what use is it to include it. I need to modify the design just a bit to hang it on the wall, so make the modification obvious and refrain from including My $60 just for you.

This makes me so angry. A crack appeared in the glass of my display box when I just received it. Having to return this one and hoping that the replacement comes without a hitch is a pain right now. It would be better for them to put bubble wrap, styrofoam, or other stuff to protect There was just no way to use one sheet of paper! A little update Right away, a replacement was sent! They did not have any problems this time. Still need to pack the box more. I like the flag very much!.

However, since we were not provided with instructions, it was impossible for us to fold the flag properly to fit the display, so we figured it out on our own and are very pleased with how it turned out.

The item comes with a backing with locking slide clips that makes it easy to remove. However, there was only one built into the frame at the center. While the weight of both the flag and frame appeared to be too much to hold the frame still on a shelf, it can display your loved one's Flag beautifully. However, your flag will probably display just as nicely in your choice of colors. Just a side note. I chose mahogany, though I know you'd prefer your preferred color. It might seem that the casing is slightly smaller than your folded flag when you take it out of the packaging. Illusions like this are to be expected. The flag will fit perfectly into the case if it has been folded correctly.
