I have designed this shadow box to measure about 2 inches. A depth of 1 inch

How did you measure the inside or outside of the area?

The measurement outside the box is the outside dimension. Here is how big the glass is The page size should be 5" x 11". It's my hope that helped!

Can you tell me how thick the wall is at the back?

Because it was made of wood, I liked it. My Military badges, medals, photos, etc. , now have a home instead of an old cardboard box under the bed where they used to live for 52 years. There was only one improvement, and that was to use the small round head pins I had instead of those that came.

The shadow box is very high quality

Shadow boxes are no longer available. I was blown away by the quality when I received my shadow box. I'm in love with A magnetic clasp secures the bag tightly, and it opens easily from the front. The product is great and I would buy it again.

There are many dimensions and depths to this product. It is beautifully made and well made. I did not find this to be too big, but it is just right for a shadow box. It looks so nice because of the color variation.
