The glass was clean, but I found a really deep scratch in it when I took it out to clean However, the scratch cannot be seen against the background of the piece. In my attempt to remove the white glue, I tried scraping or cleaning it off, but it did not work. I don't like it much.

There is no thickness to my magazine These frames resulted in the exact same result when I tried them on both. It is worthless! Certainly does look like it would be great for a shadow box display, but it would not be appropriate for playing magazines from a disk unless you display only the front cover and not the whole.

Returned after a long absence. A very disappointing experience. There was a large gap between the insert and the picture frame and the insert protruded into the inside of the frame, which Glass was cut badly, resulting in oversized, jagged, and very sharp edges. As soon as I pulled it out of the box, all I could see was me. This was a disappointing purchase because it seemed like it would be a nice shadow box, but the poor quality control forced me to return it.

The styrofoam was removed, and the backing was glued to the cardboard at a later date so that I could gain the additional space I needed. This is made from more of them to give the collection a bigger feel, and it is now a little different in color. Since I only found out about this after the return window had changed, I haven't been able to respond to it. It makes me angry when people add, change, and delete their listings without refreshing the page.
