This spoon appeared to be of good quality. It was straightforward and unobtrusive, but not in the least unattractive. A strong magnet had no effect on it, so it appeared to be silver. The name of the business that sells it is my biggest gripe. The company name appears to be that of a cheap trinket dealer rather than a jewelry dealer, which makes giving it as a gift somewhat embarrassing.

Perfect for engraving and the first bites of a baby! My daughter's first taste of solid food was this, so we ordered it

The spoon is lovely and just the right size for baby's first bites, and the handle is large enough to engrave (we're going to put her name and birthdate on it). It's the ideal memento. The packaging is very nice, and it's also designed to look like a keepsake. 925 is stamped on the handle, and it also comes with a certificate of authenticity. For what it is, it is a great value. This purchase has made me very happy. br>br>.
