Because the crib slats are so wide, we were looking for a mobile arm that would fit in them, but it also had to be Aside from avoiding plastic whenever possible, I also like to use non-toxic cleaning products. We found this to be the perfect mobile arm for our needs. Besides being lovely, well-made, and sturdy, this piece is very sturdy as well. The item was packaged nicely and arrived quickly as well. In response to my initial email, the company has followed up just to make sure I am satisfied and let me know they will be available if I have any questions. It is evident that customer service and quality are of paramount importance to this business. The company is the kind that I would buy from again in a heartbeat.
When I first tried the product, I was very happy with it. this night the part that was already tightened (and it was tightened very well indeed) slipped down the railing and it fell. The mobile landed on The best thing that happened to us was our little boy was really fussy and my husband took him in his arms a couple of minutes before it fell because otherwise, the baby would have been injured. It is even hard for me to decide whether I want It is not enough to tighten it. We need other kinds of safety measures as well.
The bottom arm does not mount to the top ball arm where the angle begins! The problem is that something That hole is actually WAY too large, there isn't even a place to thread into it for the lower arm, only a large bore.
There are no instructions for assembling it. In the video on the product page, the bolt appears to be attached to the wrong side. We were not able to tighten it due to this, so it was returned to us.
Using this mobile arm for our Pottery Barn Larkin crib was a great choice! Because the sides of the crib are slanted, we needed an arm with a strong enough grip to float freely between them (rather than clip to them or rest on them). I was very pleased with how it worked. There are high quality building materials and construction used in the construction of this arm. I installed the software in less than a minute. As an added bonus, I am grateful for the foam padding inside the wood where the clamping arm rests on our crib so that it does not damage the Thanks a lot for your help! I am very impressed and satisfied! I congratulate the seller/manufacturer for their success.
There is a very smooth glossy finish to this, it is made from sturdy solid wood, and it is incredibly Even though the instructions that came with it weren't necessary, I glanced at them anyway. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it arrived, as well as how securely it was packaged. As a result of the felt pads that separate each mount disc, it was easy to attach to our crib and did not damage the finish. Purchasing this item was a wonderful decision from an aesthetic standpoint, and we are very happy with it. Small businesses are a source of great pride for us. It's especially important for those who make a high-quality.
Assembly was quick and easy and the finished product looks great. angle of the arm is fixed, but once it's positioned on the crib, you can move it side to side. My first impression is that it is solid Our baby was able to get into the crib pretty easily, and we snugged it on pretty tightly. This crib liner is felt-lined and will not damage the crib. I like this! It's not like other reviewers - we don't encounter the issues they do. I am not sure it would hold up if it was a heavier mobile. This is a lightweight device. I could see it snapping with a much heavier one.
Aside from the fact that it was easy to put together, it is sturdy and holds mobiles well. The only, and kind of big issue, is that it is very difficult to position properly. There is no pivoting or rotating of the mobile arm It must not move once it is screwed into place, or else it will loosen. There is a lot I like about this design, I just wish it were easier to position the arm in the direction I want it without having to unscrew everything first to make sure it's oriented correctly.
