They arrived broken, and because they were a Christmas gift, I couldn't send them back in time to have them ready for Christmas, so she just superglued the frame back together (and repainted it) and used another rope and hook since the quality of these was poor. The gift was well received by her, but I think I got ripped off. It might be better to lower my expectations for future products like this.
