I am in love with this mirror. I was very impressed with how well packaged the products were and how they arrived. Despite the inconvenience, the electrician installed it flawlessly. The mirror looks great and provides enough light to the bathroom. The vendor of the weather app responded to my email with some questions regarding the app. I was impressed with their communication skills In no time, my mirror was working as it should. I was very impressed with the packaging. It was easy to install the mirrors. The only issue is I would prefer to wrap the long power cord in plastic holders to keep it from pushing the mirror away from the wall. I think the mirrors are fine. One of the 3 mirrors I purchased didn't work properly and only dimmed slowly, but was far more effective than reducing light gradually in the manner described in the add. As for the dimmer, none of them worked properly they only dimmed my mirror slowly and not effectively.

Excellent customer service. Very easy to install using the hangers that came with the package. It's just a plug that plugs into an It was a great night's sleep and the dimmable feature is a nice touch in When you take a shower with the hottest temperature, it doesn't fog at all. It is nice to have the weather displayed in the corner as well. A small chip was present in the corner of the mirror when it was delivered. The damage was caused by someone not paying attention to the sticker on the mirror. I have emailed the address on the sticker and it will be replaced free of charge. The customer service was great and the response time was quick. This product is highly recommended.

I appreciate the customer service and the quick address to my issue. After I reached out to custom support within the hour, they provided me with assistance. Their decision to send a new mirror was made after some back and forth testing. This new mirror works great, looks great, and really adds that final touch to our new master bathroom. Our family loves the mirror, but I am most pleased with the superior support we have My designer should definitely be recommended to me.
